Breathe and breathe and breathe the life force,
feel the life-power of the Divine filling each of us.
Feel full and good and strong with

that crystal-clear clarity of mind.
Be calm and confident.
I know that there are no enemies upon the earth or in all the universe.
Rooted in our love of all that is Holy, our love of ourselves,
all is forgiven.
Each moment is a holy moment, a sacred love instant.
For this and so much more,
I am so grateful.
